Meet Madison, a cheerful young lady with a bright smile and a positive attitude. Her interests include playing softball, singing and playing clarinet in the school band. This young lady is kind of shy but will talk your ear off when she gets to know you. Going to college is a major ambition of hers, even though she doesn't know yet what her future career might be. Madison is in the tenth grade. She enjoys the social aspect of school but also works hard to maintain her grades. Madison benefits from and IEP (Individualized Education Plan)

Meet Heather, a pre-teen girl looking for a good home this holiday season. Heather is a very caring and curious young girl with a passion for animals.  She loves all kinds of animals, from giraffes and turtles, to the more typical cats and dogs. She also has a wide range of knowledge about all kinds of animals.  One of her favorite places to hang out is Dickerson Park Zoo in Springfield. Heather is also very interested in reading and in science. She's an outgoing, talkative girl that would love to have a family to share her passions with.

Antario and Deandre act more like best friends than brothers. Six year old Antario, better known as Junior, and four year old Deandre, do almost everything together. They share a lot of the same interests like fishing, swimming, camping and riding bikes. They also have their own unique personalities and dreams. Junior loves school and is particularly interested in science and figuring out how things work. He's also a talented artist and loves to write. Deandre has adventurous dreams of becoming a spy or a policeman one day and love to play cops and robbers with his brother and friends.

An incredibly artistic, creative, and unique boy, Paul will blow you away with his many talents and interests! Not only can Paul tell you the make, model and year of just about any car you spot, he can also explain to you how the model has changed over the years. Artistically inclined, this polite, well-mannered young man has a very unique talent for origami as well as other arts and crafts. He also thrives being outdoors, whether it involves camping, fishing, swimming, or riding his bike.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- KSPR is hosting "A Day for Wednesday's Child" to find foster children a "forever home. Until you get to know her, Raven is soft spoken and reserved, but with time you will get to know an easygoing girl with a sensitive personality. She also has an assertive side, which she demonstrated when she played competitive volleyball. Next up, she hopes to participate in track. In her free time Raven enjoys watching television, listening to music, reading books, jumping on the trampoline and doing fun activities as a family. This seventh grader is known to be a nice person and a respectful student.
