Sentencing is delayed again for man who admitted triple murder in Laclede County

LEBANON, Mo. -- One of four men charged for a triple murder in 2008 was scheduled to be sentenced on Monday, but the sentencing weas delayed for the fourth time.  Jacky Wong pleaded guilty in 2011 to killing Jeffrey and Glenda Smith of Phillipsburg and Zachary Porter of Lebanon.

Joshua Reyes is already in prison after pleading guilty to the murders.  Steven Pyykola is appealing a sentence of three life prison terms and a court hearing for Benjamin Stidham has been canceled.  Stidham had been scheduled to go on trial earlier this year for the crimes.
