Healthy holiday tips.

BRANSON, Mo. — Lisa Marshall explains how "Maintain, Don’t Gain" works:

The week of November 14, 2011 contestants weigh in at Skaggs Health & Fitness Center, or in the Skaggs Employee Wellness Office (suite 401 of Skaggs Medical Plaza 1). Boot camps will be offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. at Skaggs Health & Fitness Center.

Participation in boot camp is optional, but strongly encouraged. Final weigh in is January 4, 2012.

Each participant maintaining their original weight will receive a choice of small prize, and one entry into the drawing for one of the grand prizes.

Those who lose weight during the period receive an entry into the grand prize drawing, plus an additional entry for each pound lost.

The winners of the grand prizes will be drawn in the Skaggs Cafe on January 5, 2012.

Costs to participate:
(includes fitness journal and water bottle)
• $15 - Skaggs employee
• $25 - Non-employee member of Skaggs Health & Fitness Center
• $50 - Non-employee, non-member of Skaggs Health & Fitness Center

Costs of optional boot camp:
(Boot camp offered November 14 through December 30. No class on
November 25, December 23 and December 26)
• $50 - Skaggs employee member of Skaggs Health & Fitness
Center
• $75 - Skaggs employee, non-member of Skaggs Health & Fitness
Center
• $100 - Non-employee member of Skaggs Health & Fitness Center
• $125 - Non-employee, non-member of Skaggs Health & Fitness
