Eleven Head of Cattle Stolen From Greene County Farm Overnight

Deputies say the thieves baited the cattle with hay

Cattle thieves have struck in Greene county.

The Sheriff's Office says suspects stole eleven head of cattle from a farm on US 160 between Willard and Ash Grove. The theft happened sometime overnight. Investigators say the suspects drove across a field and baited the cattle with hay, then used loading equipment on the farm to steal the animals.
