Yellville, Arkansas — A Faulkner County, AR fireman is in the Marion County jail on a Felony Warrant for Computer Child Pornography and Unlawful Use of a Communications Device.
The Marion County Sheriff says William Joseph Plouch, 55, of Little Rock engaged in sexually explicit chats and sending pornographic images of himself to who he believed was a 14 year old girl, but was really an undercover investigator from the Marion County Sheriff’s Department.
A bond of $50,000 was set for Plough. He's expected to make his first court appearance in the Marion County Circuit Court on November 9th, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
