SPRINGFIELD, Mo — An Arizona man accused of shooting another man to death at the Greyhound Bus station in Northeast Springfield is due in court today.

A judge will decide whether Mohamed Dawod can afford his own defense lawyer.

Police say Dawod shot and killed Justin Hall last month.

Several witnesses said Dawod tried to fire more rounds but his gun jammed after the first shot.

Bystanders held him on the ground until police officers arrived to make an arrest.

Dawood is charged with first degree murder and armed criminal action.
