Springfield Man Charged with Stabbing Outside Midnight Rodeo Nightclub

Edward Ball is accused of stabbing two security guards

charges have been filed against a springfield man following an early morning stabbing outside a nightclub.

Prosecutors accuse 28-year-old Edward Ball of felony assault. They say he stabbed two security guards outside Midnight Rodeo, after being ordered to leave the bar. One guard was stabbed in the shoulder and ribcage. The second guard was stabbed in the leg.

Both are expected to recover. Ball was arrested at the scene without incident.
