Springfield Man Sentenced to 12 Years in Prison for Fatal Wreck

A Springfield man is sentenced to 12 years in prison for a fatal car wreck.

Jeremy Arata was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Paul Fain in 2007. Arata was driving nearly 60 miles an hour in a residential area, when he collided with Fain's car.  Arata was legally drunk at the time

He's already serving a 3 year sentence for leaving the scene of another accident in 2005. He also has a 2009 conviction for a D-W-I.
