KIRKWOOD, Mo. — One of five already charged in an Ozarks sex trafficking case is facing more allegations.

Prosecutors say 32-year-old Bradley Cook of Kirkwood, Mo. tried to hire a hit man to kill the runaway teen he helped torture for years.

They say Cook planned the alleged murder-for-hire scheme while in a prison for federal inmates in Leavenworth, Ks.

The abuse, mutilation and sex acts supposedly happened inside a Laclede County trailer where the victim was kept.

Cook's lawyer calls the new allegations "Extraordinarily inflammatory."

So far no new charges have surfaced.
