A home health care worker in Ozark County is charged with felony child abuse of a 3-year-old girl.
Prosecutors say Ute Horn, 43 of Theodosia, grabbed the girl by the hair and yanked her into a corner, causing pain and emotional distress to the child.
Police say it happened while Horn was providing care to an elderly man. They say the girl is related to the man.
Horn is being held in the Ozark County Jail on $20,000 bond. She is scheduled to be formally arraigned on Tuesday morning.
